These terms apply to all services provided by Socials.
Services and quotations
All services are confirmed in writing before work begins. Quotations are based on the scope, platforms, volume of content, and level of support discussed with you.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the information, brand materials, access, and feedback needed to complete your project within agreed timeframes.
Approvals
Content, designs, campaigns, and websites are submitted for review. Work is only published or launched once approved.
Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and any advertising budgets are agreed in advance. Advertising spend is separate from management fees.
Ownership and usage
Once a project is fully paid, final approved deliverables may be used by your business. We may display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation
Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled with reasonable written notice. Work already completed remains payable.
